OVERVIEW
Day #1- God gives us a job to do! I can
follow Him.

can prepare enough food)!!!

Would you consider coming to College Mound United Methodist
Church and giving us your best REVIVAL-TYPE, AWE-INSPIRING, MOVING
TO NEW LIFE, SERMON for ONE NIGHT during June 24th - 29th???
We will be having our Vacation Bible School at that time and
the tradition is to have this event in the evening:
5:30-8:30pm. We begin with a "snack supper" at 5:30pm and then
break into our different groups for ALL AGES.
This year, we would like to have area pastors come and just do
some really great preaching!!! We invite you to come, inspire
us, move us, hold us accountable to discipleship, WHATEVER you feel
the Spirit moving you to do!!!
We will adjourn to our sanctuary after the snack supper and
have a time of hymn-singing, special music, and then invite you TO
PREACH!!! We will close each night with an altar prayer-time
(which is our custom every Sunday evening).
We hope you will agree to be a part of this Special Summer
Event....and first come, first to get the date of your
choice!!! Sunday (FISH FRY!), Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and
conclude on Thursday (unless you just want to come back on Friday
for the WATER GAMES!!!!)..... LET ME KNOW!!!

Just received word that Rev. Ray Reed, pastor at Russell
Memorial UMC in Wills Point, will be our first guest preacher during
VBS!!! He will also be bringing their Jr. High UMYF with them
to be our guests (and their parents) for the FISH FRY and
VBS!!! (Bring extra food or fish!!!!)
I've also invited other pastors, and I'm waiting to hear from
them as to who wants to come and on what night!
Looks like VBS for ALL AGES, especially the ADULTS, WILL BE A
GRAND TIME!!!!

This is a reminder that
tomorrow immediately following the morning service of worship we
will have OUR FIRST MEETING FOR VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL 2007!!!
